PROJECT OVERVIEW

TOWER 52 BUILDING SITE   •   2010

Situation: Princeton Properties, a property management company with a portfolio of buildings in Manhattan, wanted a website for their prized building 150 East 52nd Street. Some assets existed, but updated and high quality photos were needed to help sell the spaces.

Solution: All new interior photos were taken of the pre-built installations and some of the nicer custom built spaces. Neighborhood photos were also taken and an area map was developed. The availabilites pages were organized to allow easy browsing of all the listings without excessive click thrus. A short video was also developed to emphasize the views.

My role included the following:

  • Creative/Conceptual Development
  • Creative Direction on Photoshoots
  • Information Architecture/User Interface
  • Production – HTML coding, video editing
  • Front-end Visual Design
