Solution: We created a simple yet elegant 3-panel foldout brochure with a heavy coated stock and spot varnishes to create a subtle tactile feeling of quality. Utilizing carefully staged photographs and isometric floor plans we were able to convey the unique layout of the space while also making it easy to understand. Within two years, the space was leased to Home Depot for their first ever location in Manhattan. The store is more upscale and has more in common with the Expo brand stores than the traditional Home Depot warehouse stores.
